- The battery light is on? Check and advise. Autozone checked charging system said it checked good but it needs a starter? Diagnose and advise. ABS light and trac light come on and stay on. Then go off intermittently. Tested the battery and it tested within spec at this time. Monitored voltage on a drive cycle and stayed at 14v. Checked all circuitry related to the charging system and no issues have been found at this time. The battery light has not came on at any point throughout the diagnostics. Noticed the positive battery terminal had some corrosion and had a crack. Recommend replacing the battery terminals due to condition found on inspection. Could not duplicate the customer concern at this time. If issue continues, will need to do further diagnostics to find the issue.
